A popular location with good schooling, shopping facilities, and local amenities. Over the past couple of years values have risen slightly in Taradale, being consistent with a general trend across Napier.
The variance illustrated above between crosslease and freehold prices is primarily reflective of the nature of improvements on the properties, and freehold properties generally higher level of improvements relative to standard crosslease properties.
